1. Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from RudrakshaMala.net. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team at support@rudrakshamala.net within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Refunds:
We have no refund policy if any product is defected then we will exchange the product after complaint raised within 3 days.
4. Exchanges:
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our Customer Service team at support@rudrakshamala.net within 3 days of receiving your order.
5. Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to Tower 3- 1204, Parsvanath Platinum, Sector Pi, Greater Noida – 201310. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
7. Custom Orders:
Customized or personalized orders are non-refundable.
